What is a golf simulator, and how does it work?
A golf simulator is a high-tech system that allows you to play virtual golf indoors. Golf simulators use a combination of hardware and software to recreate the experience of playing on a real golf course.
You play on the golf simulator the same way that you would play outside on a golf course. When you swing your golf club and hit the ball into the screen, the launch monitor uses high speed cameras or infrared lights to track several different metrics that are then used to determine the flight path of the ball. All of this data is transferred to the software and then projected on the screen for you to see your ball in simulated motion.

How accurate are the golf simulators in terms of ball flight, spin, and distance?
The launch monitors that power our golf simulators are the same used by the pros. They use a combination of infrared object-tracking and high-speed, high-resolution camera-based technology to measure ball and club metrics.
What kind of data or feedback do I get after each shot?
Our launch monitors measure Launch Angle, Side Angle, Ball Speed, Total Spin, Carry, Side Spin/Spin Axis, Club Data, Club Head Speed, Smash Factor, Club Path, Angle of Attack, Loft/Lie, Face Angle and Impact Location.

A staff member is available to assist with navigating the software. Member’s that are comfortable with navigating the software are allowed to do so.
